[Duties]
- Overseeing the company's production of goods/services and making sure that the company's products meet and exceed our clients' expectation and GMP standards and requirements
- Responsible for coordinating all manufacturing and operations activities on a daily basis
- Leading and supervising the receiving, storage, movement and distribution of vitamin products in an efficient and safe manner
- Effective management and enforcement of the overall sanitation program for all interior and exterior areas of the factory where production, packaging and storage activities for dietary supplements take place
- Develop annual operation plan for the company based on requirements established by management
- Create performance goals for yields, efficiency and manufacturing safety
- Oversee the plant maintenance and third-party consultants for maintenance program, etc.

(USP for short), located in Torrance California and Las Vegas Nevada, are nutraceutical and supplement manufacturer specializing in OEM & private label service.
- In USP, quality always comes first.
- Our products are produced in GMP standard workshops & required QA/QC professional quality control.
- We cooperate with independent third-party lab for final finished product testing and do stability test for OEM formulas.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in business administration or related.
