Job Details
[Duties]
• Good understanding of accounting methods and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP);
• Responsible and monitor all inventory transactions in the general ledger;
• Perform monthly accounting and analysis over various balance sheet and income statement accounts;
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, expense tracking;
• Assist with preparation of supporting schedules and documentation for the annual tax return and audit preparation;
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices, etc.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related is required.
